Job Title: La Cucina Team Member
Reports to: La Cucina Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly Non Exempt
Department: La Cucina

Summary: Responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and unparalleled experience to all of our guests visiting our tasting room. Acts as face of the winery at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Provide an inviting, seamless and positive ordering experience.
  2. Greeting and educating guests on the La Cucina food options and products
  3. Facilitate each lunch order from start to finish with exception communication with the guest.
  4. Positively promote and sell the La Cucina and VJB brand.
  5. Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the marketplace and deli

Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Taking and executing lunch orders.
  2. Being an enthusiastic ambassador of all that is the VJB brand
  3. Ability to work as part of a team/family
  4. Ability to work independently without supervision
  5. Demonstrate a professional and welcoming demeanor
  6. A passion for wine, food and deliverance of exceptional hospitality

Job Title: Piazza Concierge
Reports to: Assistant Hospitality Director
FLSA Status: Hourly Non Exempt
Department: Hospitality

Summary: Responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and unparalleled experience to all of our guests visiting our tasting room. Acts as face of the winery at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Manages look and feel of piazza environment
  2. Responsible for setting up of the piazza
  3. Greeting and educating guests on the VJB experience
  4. Coordinate and manage various runners
  5. Central point of contact for the entire customer experience
  6. Fostering a positive environment that encourages sales, community rapport and return visitors

Reports to: Assistant Hospitality Director

Department: Hospitality

Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Manages cleanliness of the piazza and various work stations
  2. Responsible expediting food to guests
  3. Greeting guests
  4. Stocking/restocking all supplies

Job Title: Tasting Room Team Member
Reports to: Tasting Room Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly Non Exempt
Department: Tasting Room

Summary: Responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and unparalleled experience to all of our guests visiting our tasting room. Acts as face of the winery at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Provide a educational, fun and positive tasting experience for our guests & members
  2. Sell and promote entire VJB brand
  3. Explain, recommend and encourage Club Enoteca Wine Club membership to all guests
  4. Maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the tasting room bar, barrel room and piazza, while performing additional assigned tasks.
  5. Coordinate and lead group tastings
  6. Participate in offsite pourings, events and team meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

  5. Sales aptitude and understanding of all components of sales.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. (must be at least 21 years old)

Compensation:
DOE. Total compensation including bonus, wine club commission, and gratuities can equate to $18-$24 per hour or greater!
